Padrinho Wilson Carneiro de Souza, at the end of the 60s, received directly from Mestre Raimundo Irineu Serra’s hands the mission of assisting and caring for the sick and the ones in need who came seeking for him. In order for this to happen Mestre Irineu gave him, together with the leadership, the healing first aid center that in his homage was called: Pronto Socorro de Cura Raimundo Irineu Serra (Raimundo Irineu Serra’s healing First Aid Center), located in the Carneiro village next to the Colônia Cinco Mil, in Acre. With the passing of time Padrinho Wilson Carneiro developed the ritual of his work, forming the healing hinário "Linha de Arrochim" (Arrochim's Line). After his passage the works in the First Aid center followed under his son's command, Padrinho Nonato, and under the presidency of Padrinho Francisco (Pad. Chiquinho).

According to Padrinho Wilson Carneiro’s instruction, no instrument or even maraca is played during the healing hinário Linha do Arrochim. These same instruments are only introduced in the closing hymns.

The healing current demands total concentration and attention in the objectives of the work so that the patients can surrender with all confidence in the spiritual unfolding of their visions about the disease, the comprehension of their karmic causes and the demanded transformations in order for the cure to be manifested and maintained.

The hymns are cadenced, what does not mean 'slow', according to Padrinho Wilson, keeping always the vigor in the singing and in the work’s posture.

According to Wilson Carneiro’s words, in the assistance: Men care for the men; women care for the women. To not touch the patient and to don’t massage them during the work, as the Santo Daime is acting and acting in the beneficiary's cure. To don’t touch the patient by any means even if they come to faint, only comforting and assisting in order for the person to be comfortable, allowing the own Daime to be manifested in the person.
