This photo, according to Daniel Serra [Mestre's nephew], was the celebration of his wedding with Mrs. Otília. Many think that this photo was of Mestre's wedding (the third to the right, after Daniel). Irineu Serra was who actually made the party and also who suggested Daniel's marriage with Mrs. Otília. The one who is in evidence by the height -- the second to the right, after Daniel and behind Mestre -- is Zequinha, also Mestre's nephew, who came together with Daniel Serra from the countryside of Maranhão to Acre, in 1957, when Irineu visited his relatives. "He got up on the table for fun, so that he could be taller than Mestre", comments Daniel Serra.
